Ribbon Cutting for Dream Room Takes Place at Tampa's Twin Lakes Elementary School

On Tuesday, October 1st, NFL Star Quarterback Jameis Winston visited Twin Lakes Elementary School in Tampa to unveil an all-new Dream Room - a state-of-the-art technology center designed to encourage students at Title I schools to expand personal learning opportunities and provide career exploration. The space accommodates approximately 30 students and features iPads, LEGO Robotics, projectors, 3D printers and more to encourage high-level learning, exploration and creativity.
The program opened with a high-five line in the hallway and featured a question-and-answer session between Jameis and the students in attendance, followed by a ceremonial ribbon cutting and one-on-one instruction with Jameis and Twin Lakes instructors. Representatives from NorvaNivel were also on hand to demonstrate their signature, innovative, movable furniture, which creates an agile learning environment for the students and teachers.
